The information I found about Media Neutral Citation is the definition of a method of citing which does not discriminate between judgementes published in electronic or print formats; the citation requirements should include Parties names ( in italics )+ a year of publication in square brackets+ a court abbreviation + judgement number and Pinpoint references in square brackets, followed by "at", and finally, lots of abbreviatures or acronyms which some of them are:
AATA - Administrative Appeal Tribunal of Australia.
HCA- High Court of Australia.
FCA- Federal Court of Australia.
QSC- Supreme Court of Queensland.
QCA- Queensland Court of Appeal.
etc.
Moreover, in the results I found two links about The Supreme Court of Western Australia which follow:

Media Neutral Citation
This web page, created by the Murdoch University of Australia, contains the basic information about medium neutral citations. The concept is defined as “a method of citing an unreported judgment which doesn’t discriminate between judgments published in electronic or print formats”.

Like in our text book (page 33), the web page shows what should include a citation: the names of the parties (in italics), the year of publication (in square brackets), the court abbreviation (each court has an identifier) and a pinpoint reference (in square brackets), following “at”.
Below these instructions, we can see a clear example of a medium neutral citation.
Furthermore, we can see a link of the Supreme Court of Western Australia, that provides more information about reported and unreported cases: http://www.supremecourt.wa.gov.au/publications/pdf/SCPracticeDirections.pdf
Next, we can see a great table that shows all the names of the Australian courts followed by their corresponding court identifier, which is necessary for the medium neutral citation.

MEDIUM NEUTRAL CITATION:
Of this theme I have understood that medium neutral citation it is “a method of citing an unreported judgment which does not discriminate between judgments published in electronic or print formats”. Medium Neutral Citation is the standard for Australian courts. It is used by the court for decisions made after 30/04/1999. The format does not depend on the medium of the publication of the case in a report. The reason for this type of citation is because most cases are now published on the Internet instead of in printed law reports. The standard format for the citation is:
Party names (in italics), year of publication in square brackets, court
abbreviation, judgment number.
In addition if there is a Pinpoint reference it is included in square brackets, following the word “at”

The article also includes the abbreviations for all of the court identifiers for the courts of Australia.
