John Dyson is a man who works in a mine. Most of his workmates go on a strike because they want a fair wage for a fair work's day. He decided not to do the strike and he went to work as usuall. At the entrance of the mine he found his workmates asking for a good and fair salary. He didn`t respect the decision of his workmates going to work and when they saw him going to the mine they felt he`s provocating them.
They started to shout and threaten him so he didn´t go to work, but he didn´t care and he didn´t notice. The pickets get angry and they began to taunt him, but he didn't care an they started to lash him. All the pickets of the strike lynched him so hard that finally he dies. When the police arrive it was too late and it was difficult to stop the lynching, because there were many people in the strike. John Dyson was killed during the miner`s strike for provoking his own workmates.

In this picture we can see a manifestation of miners who reclaim better conditions to make their work. Like in all the strikes that are important, the people make a picket line to prohibit people to go to work. In this occasion, a worker went normally to his job and in his attempt to pass the picket line he was killed by the multitude. Certainly we are in a manslaughter but we have to look the circumstances of the case to solve this. In my opinion, maybe there was a provocation of the killed miner but this is not reason to kill another person. After looking we have to identify who is the responsible of this crime and accused him of manslaughter
